Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to Radarly AI ("Radarly," "we," "us," or "our"). Radarly AI provides an opportunity discovery dashboard, proposal drafting assistant, and notification relay for freelancers, developers, and boutique agencies.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you use our web application, API endpoints, Telegram bot integrations, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Public Data Boundaries & Information We Collect

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization:

A. Public Domain Opportunity Data

Radarly AI monitors and indexes strictly publicly accessible online channels, open subreddits, public forum threads, and open RSS feeds (such as Reddit, 𝕏, and Hacker News).

What Radarly Never Accesses

Radarly does not access, scan, or harvest private direct messages (DMs), gated private communities, password-protected content, or non-public personal information. We index only posts published openly by community members for public review.

B. Account & Profile Information

  • Authentication Data: When registering, we store your email address and authenticated user ID via Supabase Auth. Passwords are encrypted with industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plaintext.
  • Persona Settings: To personalize AI drafts, you may optionally provide your professional title, skills, portfolio link, turnaround preferences, and pricing anchors.
  • Notification Keys: If you configure Telegram alerts, your Telegram Bot Token and Chat ID are stored locally in your browser's local storage. Private bot tokens are not persisted to our primary database.

C. Technical & Diagnostic Telemetry

When accessing the Service, standard server telemetry is logged, including IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and response latencies. This telemetry is processed solely to enforce security rate limits, detect botting, and prevent distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) abuse.

3. How We Process Your Information

Your information is processed exclusively for the following operational purposes:

  • Displaying public leads matched to your selected skills and keyword filters.
  • Formatting AI pitch suggestions based on the post text and your saved persona.
  • Relaying notification alerts to your designated Telegram chat when enabled.
  • Enforcing fair platform rate limits and security controls.

4. AI Processing Disclosure (Google Gemini API)

Zero Model-Training Commitment

When an AI pitch is requested, the post context and your persona instructions are transmitted securely to Google Cloud's commercial Gemini API. Under Google's commercial developer terms, data processed via authorized API keys is not used to train Google's foundation models. Generated outputs remain private to your session.

5. Payment Data & Financial Processing

Radarly AI does not collect or store full credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes. Payment transactions are handled directly by authorized third-party payment gateways over encrypted SSL/TLS connections. Payment processors handle billing, currency conversion, applicable tax collection, and customer receipts.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or satisfy legal, security, and accounting requirements:

  • Account Lifespan: Your profile data and persona settings are retained while your account remains active.
  • Automated Cache Rotation: Temporary server logs and diagnostic telemetry are automatically purged or rotated within 30 days.
  • Permanent Deletion: Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time by emailing radarlytech@gmail.com.

What is Deleted vs. Retained Upon Account Closure

What is Permanently Deleted:

  • Email address and authentication records
  • Custom persona settings and portfolio URLs
  • Saved lead bookmarks and pitch histories
  • Supabase profile row records

What May Be Retained:

  • Anonymized billing transaction IDs required by payment processors and tax compliance regulations
  • Security logs retained up to 30 days for fraud and chargeback defense

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliant)

Regardless of your geographic location, Radarly AI respects comprehensive privacy rights:

  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we maintain regarding your account.
  • Right to Correction: You can edit or update your persona parameters, skills, and contact information directly in the Persona Studio at any time.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request permanent erasure of your personal information and account profile.
  • Right to Data Portability / Export: You may request an export of your saved bookmarks and profile settings in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential session cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, persist your user interface preferences (such as audio chime states), and prevent duplicate alert dispatches. For complete details, please review our dedicated Cookie Policy.
